It insures you against any losses and/or legal costs resulting from a claim filed by any third party associated with any erroneous act, failure in performing an obligation, non-intentional omission or negligence by your advisors in the performance of their duties.

In case your company is listed in the Stock Exchange, this insurance coverage is extended to cover any losses and/or legal expenses associated with a claim filed by any third party arising from any decision made by your advisors or officers.
